Role Overview

You will play a pivotal role in drafting precision structural details and BBS diagrams. Attention to structural codes and seamless collaboration with on-site elements are central to this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare highly accurate RebarCAD placement drawings.
• Develop Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) meeting international standards.
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers to resolve constructability conflicts.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in RebarCAD and AutoCAD platforms.
• Strong comprehension of civil structural drawings.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Preferred Experience

1 to 5 years specifically handling RC detailing projects ideally for global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze contract drawings, specifications, and addendums to determine scope of rebar estimation.
• Prepare accurate material quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for concrete reinforcement.
• Ensure output adheres to US/Canadian codes and client specifications.

Required Skills

• Expertise using leading estimation software (e.g., aSa, Soule, RebarCAD).
• Strong numerical evaluation capabilities and high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience estimating specifically for overseas (North America) commercial and infrastructural projects.
